Thodoris Fanourgiakis is Partner in assurance services and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Auditor, with over 16 years of experience in assurance (auditing) and consulting projects. His extensive experience includes leading and participating in audit engagements for industrial, commercial, hospitality, shipping, and service companies, as well as the wider Public Sector. He specializes in auditing individual and consolidated financial statements (GAS, IFRSs), tax audits, Due Diligence, business valuations, and Corporate/Group Transformations (mergers and acquisitions). He also has experience in preparing Operational Regulations (Law 4706/2020) and certifying investment plans (Law 4399/2016). He has served as a Partner and CPA Auditor at "Ksi Greece IKE" and as an Assistant Manager at "Deloitte". He is a graduate of the Department of Business Administration at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) and holds a postgraduate degree in International Business Administration from the University of Reading and a Postgraduate Professional Training Title for Auditors from IESOLEL. He is a member of the Hellenic Body of Certified Public Accountants.
